Experienced Expert Witness at Both Deposition and Trial

I am board-certified in anesthesiology and am clinically active. I am available to serve as an expert witness on cases involving anesthesiology standard of care and causation. I also have significant medical management experience, having served as the CEO of multiple medical groups and an accountable care organization (ACO). As such, I am also available to serve as an expert witness on cases involving physician credentialling, provider agreements, physician employment contracts, healthcare billing and fraud, safety, quality, etc. I received my MD from Georgetown and was formerly on the faculty at Dartmouth, and am a decorated US Army veteran.
